High Street Claims launch a Solar Panel Claims service


Since our launch in November 2008, we have achieved a remarkable level of success for our customers in Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) Claims, and recently with Packaged Bank Account (PBA) Claims

Our Packaged Bank Account (PBA) Claims Department are now dealing with hundreds of new clients every month who feel they were mis sold additional but unrequired benefits on their Bank Account. We are expanding our High Street Claims team to cater for our increased case loads, and to ensure all clients receive our first class customer service no matter how much the claim is for – £300 or £15,000. We want to ensure each claim is dealt with individually and allocated a Claims Handler, whom clients can liaise with during the term of their claim.

Due to our successes, we are also launching a Solar Panel Claims service, as it is becoming apparent many consumers have been pressurised into purcahsing solar panel systems, sometimes costing up to £12,000 and are not receiving the benefits promised to them by the companies sales people.
